Lease terms are flexible, typically ranging from 12 months for furnished properties to 24 months for unfurnished properties, depending on your preferences.

Q: Can I use a real estate agent?

Absolutely! We work closely with real estate agents, giving you the option to have tenancy agreements and bond payments handled directly through them.

Q: What happens at the end of the lease?

At the end of the lease, you can renew the agreement, take back your property, or explore other options with us.

Q: Are there any hidden fees or costs?

No, there are no hidden fees. The rent we agree upon is what you’ll receive, and we cover all operational costs.

My Perfect Host is fully insured as a short stay property operator. You will still need your own insurance, covering your interests as the property owner. We have partnered with Ceneta Insurance Services who can assist with bespoke solutions for this type of property usage.

We take care of all minor repairs to maintain your property in top condition. For major repairs, we’ll promptly reach out to you and can coordinate the work seamlessly with our trusted tradespeople.

We utilise advanced software to thoroughly screen and verify every guest, conduct regular inspections, and maintain high cleanliness standards. Regular inspections and strict house rules ensure your property remains safe.
